### Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. 

### Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). 
Orders placed after 2 PM GMT are processed the next working day.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes paid by the recipient.

### Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. 
Track at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

### Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail considers UK parcels lost only **after 10 working days** from posting 
(international: 25 working days). If your parcel has not arrived within these 
windows, contact us at support@twinkletwinkle.uk and we will investigate or 
replace your order.

### Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible 
for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to 
us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the 
re-delivery cost.
